I spent my whole day in the Photo Fair - Paris (France)
Photos photos and videoo
(look at the last seconds of the video if you want to see one of the huge lenses we could try)

That was greaaat. So so many cameras/lenses/pictures/big screens, ... Canon, Nikon, Sony, all of them... there were so many stands everywhere -with macs and macs and macs, neon lighting, models posing-, with 3D screens, huuuuuge lenses -they seemed like telescopes Oo- and we could try everything, every camera, every lens even the bigger ones. My first stop has been in a Photoshop stand, where a guy from photoshop was explaining how to use Photoshop CS5. He was using it on a big screen while speaking.
I've also looooooved a conference (I was sitting in the first row, haha) given by an amazing photographer. I didn't know him before, but whoa.. When he was a student, he used to want to be a geology teacher -I'm studying geology-, then he changed his mind and decided to study in a photography school -hm, I love photo haha- then he changed again and started a training in order to become a mountain guide because he's always loved mountaineering -you all know that I love mountaineering-, and now? He is on of the three -really specialist- volcano photographers in the world. His name is Olivier Grunewald. I asked him if he has a website, but he answered that no ): You can see some of his works here but that's so feeew, and there's not the ones I prefer from those he showed today.
I've been surprised to see, in another stand, a featured print of

by Julie de Waroquier

That's a strange feeling, because for me deviantart = internet, not reality, haha.
I said "Oooh, dad! I know this girl!"
Aaaaaand, I came face to face with...

I wanted to buy this book for a long time before it was published (a very few weeks ago).
and
are two of the five photographers in it!
I really didn't expect I could find it in the Photo Fair. I was walking in the book store stand, and paf! Saw it!
And then I said "Ooooooh dad! I know them!" hahaha
Then "Omg I'm buying it now!"
My dad didn't let me pay, he offered it to me <3
Aand, at last but not the least, I bumped into a girl with a Gryffindor scarf
This has been a so. nice. day.
Love you all
